Each plant is hand-packed in a custom box with biodegradable padding to hold it securely in place during transit. Orders ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend warehouse delays. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order leaves our nursery.
Our 30-Day Plant Health Guarantee has you covered. Just send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace the plant or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. No need to return anything.
Watering needs vary by species, but a good general rule is to check the top inch of soil — if it's dry, water thoroughly until water drains from the bottom. Each plant ships with a personalised care card outlining its specific light, water, and humidity preferences.
At this time we ship within the continental United States. International shipping involves phytosanitary certificates and customs requirements that we're still working through. Subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, we may already be preparing your plants for shipment. Email us as soon as possible at hello@heritagetreeco.com and we'll do our best to help.
Pet safety is clearly noted on each product page. Filter by "Pet-Friendly" when shopping to see only plants that are safe for cats and dogs. If you have any specific concerns, feel free to reach out — we're happy to recommend options for households with curious pets.
Yes — some transit stress is expected. Yellowing or droopy leaves usually bounce back within a week once the plant settles into its new home. Place it in indirect light, water lightly, and give it time. If it doesn't recover within 30 days, our guarantee has you covered.
